OMG my room stinks like someone has stepped in and dropped his dirty leather shoes right in front of me. And at night, I start to smell like sewage that goes on alternating the dirty shoes odor. I think it's because of the biscuits and crackers I munch on daily. The sewage smell was worse when I eat peanut butter every snack time. Other than that, I only eat steamed non-high choline veggies and white rice. Sometimes, I add seasoning mix for flavor. Not to mention my waste removal is now regular.
Although the
Body Odor isn't gone 100% as I can still smell this urine when I stick my nose in my arms, at least it's not as worse as before I take chlorophyllin and other supplements.
I used to smell like rotten so I graduated from eating meat and eggs. I'm also lactose-intolerant. I think oatmeal is also an avoid. I stopped onions and garlic in flavoring my food because they contributed to my sickly spicy/oniony smell.
