I used to see a natural healer in the 80s that was a big proponent of propolis and pollen. I can tell you that propolis has little taste to it, and unlike pollen and honey, has no sweetness. I used to take it in capsule form, IIRR. :)

What Willowley said is true! When I don't know something, I do the research until I DO know (and heavens knows, I don't know a lot about a LOT - which means I'm always learning & researching).

It helps that I've been researching so long that it's easy for me to 'weed through the imposters/bs' to hone in on the good/true info. And it helps even more than I understand how search engines work (and boolean code), so my searches are very specific and more productive.

With honeycomb, I already knew that I liked it (and that Rocky agreed the first time we saw some in our jar, that we should 'chew it like gum' to get out the goodies). That's what we'd seen our parents/grandparent do :) From there, it was easy to do a quick search and come up with a few of the benefits.

One thing's for sure, I do NOT know very much about all the details of the various kinds of "electro-pollution"...it's like an entire new language for me once it gets past the basics. So it's likely you'll be seeing some "I don't knows" from Uny comin' up here real soon on that (if anyone gets "deep").
