1. B50(it has 50mg of each of the B vitamins, except less of B12, folic acid, and biotin)

2. vitamin c 1,000 mg9I gues as ester c or calcium ascorbate)

3. Calcium/magnesium- perhaps as citrate. some would say to take these separately, but since you only want 5 supplements, they can be taken together.

4. vitamin D 5,000-10,000 IU a day(10,000 if you get very little sunlight)


5. vitamin A/beta carotene- there are some supplements that have 10,000 IU of retinol, and perhaps 15,000 IU of carotene.

To sorta take your message, a shake it a bit, I'd want a morning smoothie with berries plus
a) protien powder
b) multivitamin powder (like greens+)
c) digestive enzymes
d) flax seed oil (or another Omega fat supplement)

In addition, Vitamin D3 on the tongue, except in Summer.

If I get that in, I'd feel pretty happy for the rest of the day.

With the emphasis on HAVE

1) The siberian ginseng root that is kept at source and is not exported, worth hundrerds of dollars per pound if you could even get it.

2)Proper licorice as in the sweet, non of immitation stuff. Would love to try the stuff, have never seen it.

3)5 months free supply of ombratose by M****tech. Apparantly that how long it takes before you will know if it it going to work.There is no way I am paying for 5 months at those prices though !!!Some people swear its a miracle cure, well let me try it for free !

4)lots of bulbinenatalensis to naturally increase my testosterone (Interestingly grown in my country so I shouldn't have to look to hard)

5)As many organically farmed goji berries as I could possibly eat. Stabilises blood sugars and makes a great snack and tatse amazing !

I'd switch out the D for Sea Sea Salt if the salt were considered a supplement. I would say I needed that salt as much as vitamin C

If you don't eat brazil nuts then selenium might be a wise choice...
