I want to do my 2nd flush asap (in really bad pain) but can't handle the taste of ES and heard that i can fill empty gel caps with the ES and swallow. My local pharmacies/drug stores do not sell gel caps can anyone please advise as to where I can but some in the UK or via the internet. really need to do flsuh can't take much more of this!!!! This is a reply to # 181,596I buy 00 size empty capsules and fill them myself with ES. 14 00 size Caps = 1TB ES.
