I would say it totally depends on the individual and where you stand with your progress. For me, the litmus test of whether I screwed up is the condition of my bowel movements (i.e., how solid they are). A few months ago, just eating something with even 5 grams of
Sugar would make my bowel movements revert back to almost square one (i.e., loose as hell). Now I can get away with much more than I did then as long as I keep taking the Candex/Syntol.
