You mix 2 level teaspoons of sea salt with 32 ounces of lukewarm water then chug it down as fast as you can (5-10 minutes). You may have to add a little more salt if it doesn't work well the first time. When I make mine, I usually make it the night before and leave it sit so that it is room temperature when I drink it. Drinking it when it was lukewarm made me nauseous. Some people even like to refridgerate theirs. Also, it seems to vary on what people need to do to get the best results. I have to lie down, others have to do exercises, keep moving, massage their stomachs...you'll just have to experiment and figure out what works for you. You should see results within 90 minutes - don't eat or drink anything until after your first BM. Stay close to the toilet!!!
