Ooookay, so even after my natural healing enlightenment since last summer (Healing Crusade Vids) I still managed to come across a very convincing product/supplement that a friend recommends, who works at a Feel Rite (nutrition chain store).
(For the record, I am helping close friends jump on the Schulze bandwagon one by one, through my healing miracle (herbal tinctures) advice, Echinacea being one of them, Cayenne, and of course Uny/Rocky's IF#2)
Anywho, I've been slacking on my CE's lately and it's no wonder I just can't get my brain functioning right, with the sluggish liver being the culprit, and bm's being a bit behind schedule lol.
So here it is: Phosphatidylserine
Take it as you will. I know it doesn't look very convincing. First off, soy lecithin extract. <--::insert deafening siren alert:: Extract: how is it extracted and this is NOT a whole food.
But my friend has been getting raving reviews about the product from customers?? Granted they aren't 'saved' natural healing pupils, but they are getting great memory and cognitive function results.
I've had great results with flax oil, and CE's really awaken my brain for motivation, but not sure I've yet experienced a full, 100% (or 50%...) brain capacity yet.
Next on my list is Uny's Gingko tincture, which I'm sure will have great results. I'm thinking I should probably find a rich food source of phosphatidylserine, rather than a supplement. One of the customers even described ace-ing a bar exam from its benefits. It does actually sound too good to be true, but I would give it a go sometime in the future just to 'experiment.' I just don't like the idea of taking something so processed, but can't help wonder sometimes. Monkey see/do...
Just wanted to share, and of course get any feedback from my #1 health-wise source. Take care everyone!!
