The author claims that Hazard "killed" at least 40 patients. I wonder if he documents this with names, etc?

Dr. Hazard documented 11 lost patients out of, I think, 35,000. She detailed each in her book. She explained the conditions of each and explained how fasting couldn't possibly have helped. most had major internal damage and constrictions that could have simply been helped by modern surgery, but no amount of fasting could have restructured severely damaged internal organs. but in those days, modern surgery and MRI's were not an option.

I find it interesting that if she was such an evil person, that she would take the time to discuss the 11 admitted deaths and take the time and effort to autopsy them.

She also rightly explained that most of the people she got were "basket cases". In other words, the rejects of the medical industry of her day. When the medical community throws their hands up and says that somebody is as good as dead, and then somebody does their best to help them regardless, should they be vilified if that person dies? Should that be akin to murder?

I'm guessing author doesn't discuss the other 34,989 or so patients who were helped by Dr. Hazard's practice.
