Deep frying is a big part of my diet now because I have to consume so much fat to slow down the digestive process.
The protein content is the problem so I can only consume so much of them at a time.
I just get the cheap store brand. It only contains pork skins and salt, nothing else. I do not buy any flavored versions because they contain sugar,
additives and all sorts of gunk that would send me to the floor. lol
They taste great if you get a little butter and eat them both at the same time.
