there are some thoughts i had for weeks in my mind, and few post in this forum inspired me to put it on paper and share with you. They are what they sound like - thoughts.
it's about our american medication way of treatment and our thinking about pain treatment, which temporarily relieves (but not heals) the pain VS speeding up the healing process, as people do throughout the world...
Organic teas (my favourites - choice or bigelow), twice a week - warm baths filled with
Sea Salt s, everyday vitamins (one-a-day for your age), morning contrast shower, herbal patches for local pain treatment (snogg patch) - and your body fights and heals the pain itself.
my yoga class taught me a lot, but this was the toughest and most appreciated: the greatest healer is you - your body and mind, not your doctor...
