The Liver Flush says use that net bowl thingy (collander?) to catch stones. I'm wondering if I have to do this b/c I don't want to have to rinse or mess with my poo at all. I'm wondering if the stones will hurt our plumbing system, though. Suggestions? (sorry for the gross potty talk)
