Celiac Disease - it's when a reaction to gluten from wheat, rye, and barley has damaged your intestine. I didn't know I had a problem until I was 50, so lots of years with unsolved problems. Because of the damage in the intestine, I developed leaky gut syndrome. To put it simply - too large of a food particle passes thru the intestinal wall and your body develops an allergic reaction to the food.
Flushing has let me eat some of the foods my body thought were allergins. I'm able to eat corn and rice now.... I was pretty desperite when I found out about liver flushing, and it has changed my life dramaticly.
I still can't eat soy, apples, dairy and other foods yet. But I have hopes that if I continue with the flushing, I will be able to eat those things again. Never gluten, though...... That's for life.....
