I am back since a friend needed a chiropractor and I remembered I had put all the information in one thread for new subscribers.
Here I am (83 now) and still working out with a trainer twice a week, more like a yoga work out. About 1+ year ago I had problems again and my (new chiro not as good as the one before) said if you have spinal stenosis I can't help you. On youtube I found a video from Dr. Jonathan Wright and he said instead of knee replacement you can take 3x a day niacinamide for bone on bone pain. I figured nothing to lose though I did not know if I have bone on bone problems and tried it. After a month the pain was almost gone.
My old dog has
Arthritis so I put her on half a dose and she started walking better.
I had bought a cane with a seat from Amazon, so I could sit when I lost feeling in my feet, took less than a minute and I could walk again. Now this year I walk without a cane, still take the niacinamide, and can stand for at least an hour or more, unbelievable, did not expect my feet to get better.
So it shows you never can give up. I keep learning.
BTW 3x 1000 mg a day,if you can do only 2x do 1500mg morning and evening.
