I wrote a letter to my Member of Parliament in England to discuss the EU herbal ban. (That’s the government official elected in my area). He told me the matter was in hand and that rules had been changed and that I would continue to be able to use and buy herbs.
He told me that the Secretary of Health, Andrew Lansley, had announced on 16 Feb 2011 that a compromise solution was found that allows herbal medicine to continue to be used. The EU ban still stands, but a loop hole has been found so that we English can continue to purchase herbal remedies. There is still plenty of paper work to be done, and they could still screw us, but looks like us English people will continue to be able to buy herbs. Which is pretty good news.
I have no idea how this affects Humaworm because HW is an American company.
I may not be able to purchase Humaworm herbs, but there are other companies in the UK that provide similar products.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,808,834This does only apply to supplements that are considered as herbal medications. The simple fact to remove the medication term will bypass the problem I think.
It is only because they argue that medications have to be based on long tests and years of checks to call it a medication, even if most of the pharmaceutical drugs, as you said, are a lot more dangerous and less tested than what we think.
A lot of false information has spreaded over the internet about this. Even associations were created on the idea that EU will suppress all the herbal supplements, which is stupid, or they will have to forbid people to make plants growing in their gardens.

This is a reply to # 1,808,834If you worship God and the Bible is your book of religion then you have a God given right to use herbs for your own benefit.

That was before the flood when humans didn't need to eat meat.
That time is supposed to happen again called the Millennial Reign.
The important point is that ALL humans inherited the earth and are supposed to be the caretakers with full use and not some few power elites to steal and utterly destroy the earth and its inhabitants.
Humans are brainwashed at birth to not acknowlege our inheritance, but it is time for everyone to wake up and take back what is rightfully ours!
