Yes.... Lately I wake up and think "what fun thing am I going to do today?"
Other than the herbs that you mentioned I just started cayenne. I love it. I'm kinda surprised that I love it so much. I think I might OD on it. It feels like a heating pad is soothing my whole digestive system.
Also doing castor oil packs over my liver every night, oil massages and then sun, dry skin brushing, still taking many of my old supplements but will wean myself off once I feel ready (so yes on the pantothine, b12, etc).
I've also been drinking Dr Schultz's liver detox tea just once a day. Sorta gradually working on incorporating as much from the Natural Healing forum that I can.
Oh yeah, I'm
juicing green veggies every morning and mixing it with raw eggs. This morning though, I added cayenne and spirulina to it. That was one powerful drink man! Parsely, celery, zuchinni, lettuce, spirulina, cayenne and three raw eggs!!!
On a side note I now have a beautiful vegetable/herb garden in my back yard and a humongous turtle is back there and I visit him daily. I also just picked up a painting commision from my friend.
I'm finished being sick!
