How the heck did you find it???

I am trying to figure out what happened. I listened to this video while it was downloading. I was trying to check and see if it downloaded alright. Now, I have a big file called "stationery" with all sorts of jpegs and html documents with names like, snowboarder, dino, bubbbles. They are all backgrounds for stationery I guess. Are they something I may have gotten when I attempted to download the video?? I have another file called production that I guess is supposed to be the video but it doesn't open. Maybe I got into something somewhere else,lol--I don't know.
