Hey everyone!
Hope you all are doing well with your fasts!
Just a question regarding water and juice fasting. If I was to alternate days of water and juice fasting, say water one day, juice the next, etc. Would i still lose fat? I would like to do this for 18-20 days.
Would I be able to exercise on the days I juiced? Let me know what you guys think about the fat/weight loss? I would really like to keep up with my exercise, that is why I am considering alternating with some juice.
