You should get a microscope and take a closer look. It's certainly unusual, but bears no resemblance to my experience with passing candida.
With me, it presented as slightly smeared, white chunks, or patches in the stool, about the size of small grapes, and absolutely white--like cottage cheese or styrofoam, with discrete borders.
I never got the stringy stuff, or anything like this. Though, I've read that it can be frothy, as in beer production, where some floats and the liquid is cloudy.
This could be the "Frothy" variety.
I do think you need to identify this, at any rate.
