I will definitely be worried not over the luck of sleep for a couple of days but the level of toxicity go haywire in my blood. Doing nothing about it is not an option for me. May be it’s just me.
You have a choice by doing nothing and sleep (the old school way of fasting) or try to expel some of the toxin load out of your system vie your skin (skin being the largest eliminative organ of the body) by sweating – sauna or steam bath etc. Also mentioned above doing a minor activities help before going to sweat.
I will assure you that try doing this just before bed and you will sleep like a baby.
Just take a couple of minutes of doing any minor activities and then try to sweat then finish it with a few repetitions of hot/cold shower and repeat as needed throughout the day will make
Water Fasting less ordeal experience.
Water fasting shoudn’t be a mystery.
The notion somehow the released toxin from our body will dissipate by itself did not settle well with me.
