Hi,

I used topical Iodine for a while now, for many purposes and with success. I like to experiment and I take it too far at times....
Long story short, is there something more effective than water to neutralize Iodine on the skin? I thought of alcohol or something similar....

The second question concerns possible damage to the skin by iodine. I removed this mole with Lugols 2,2%, sealed airtight and waited a good hour(repeated every few days). The moles is gone but the spot where the Iodine was(also outside of the mole area) is darker than the rest of my skin. I didn't touch it for more than a month and it's still there.....any experience with that?
