Hey ffl!glad to hear from you!I have stopped the fast, but not the coconut water!!lol...I am trying to go raw all the way, been eating pretty well, fruit, veggies in soy milk shakes, and I drink 1-2 coconuts per day.I find it keeps me stronger and in a better mood...:)
I try to incorporate the flesh in recipes too...it's pretty good with almonds if you blend it together maybe add some yogurt too, made up some crazy version of coconut cake too, not so good to look at, but tasty..lol...I am loving coconuts, not the flesh as much as the water though...my husband likes it better thankfully, so we don't waste any of it!
