Hey Doc,
I found your book tonight, the one you sent last June! The girls lay the mail on my desk and often in a box and when not brought to my attention can be burried quickly.......tonight I was searching for some reading material, going through some boxes and found a treat...your book and kind letter!
You mentioned in your letter that I might not agree with all the book, etc.....I was very pleased to see your pro distilled water...otherwise, when an author is anti-distilled water, I pitch their book.
Otherwise, the only things I could have lived with out was the 2-3 bad words, not that they bother me, but those I suggest to read your book may find offense.....but being adult, sure they can get over it, since you didn't use the 4 lette words in a bad way...
The book was a quick read for me, simply because I have belived in chiropractor for 35 years and also read the same authors that you like, etc.....being a chiropractor lends some credit to your book, so I suggest it as a GOOD READ.....
Keep in mind, even though you still like the shulse colon formulas, I can makethose as easily as any other and still choose not to....just saying. What I have done is make an all purpose Lower Bowel Formula, with all of the Christopher heart/liver/pancreas/kidney/hormone/calcium/iron/prostrate formulas in a super potent de-wormer formula that would be too strong in liquid....so strong, so far, 2-4 capsules daily is all that is needed....I made the formula for myself, because I get tired of taste and so many differant formulas and wanted one all purpose capsule as a daily year around for life formula....I made it extreme potent, so I suggest it is only for men past age 40. The side effects when taken past 4 capsules per day for some has been expeling of puss from the body, it starts to ooze out of the joints of the entire body or with the last 2 men, puss exited their armpits and crotch areas...so I keep suggesting 2-4 daily and not 8 daily until someone has taken it for a month or more.....The formula has at least 30 of the most potent anti-parasite/worm herbs from around the globe, plus probably that many more of the dr. christopher favorate herbs, making it a bit of a nightmare to make and impossible to have put in capsules, so the end consumer has to put it in capsules...never would anyone take it by the powder, because the herbs would eb too bitter for any throat to tolerate, so we only sell it with 1,000 empty capsule as part of a kit. I think as de-wormer all purpose daily capsule, I believe you would find it 8x more potent than the normal liquid de-wormer you have liked for so long..
that and I made a huge batch of this new formula for some reason.....not sure really why, because no one to date has tried it and after reading your book and your first book, I was thinking as I read your book tonight, I think the formula would be great for anyone back from war, back from torment or too much stress in life, those that have panic attacks or depression in general for any reason....I call the formula MIND over MATTER, it is a collection of all the best historical used herbs for depression, bi-polar and just plain help for coping in life....one of the ingredients naturally is st. johns wort that grows all over my property and I had been collected it for years and never had a use for it and finally I decided to make a full blown out formula based on Christophers mind trac and the best bi-polar herb formulas...will it do anything? Have no clue other than it surely can do no harm, just all simple herbs in a ric mineral base.....If anything, most all adults by age 30 can use help coping with all the crap we get ourselves into.....if you should ever want a sample package of these 2 products, drop me an e-mail and I will have Jody send you a box to play with..
Otherwise I reccomend your book, the only 1 line I could argue is the part that our teeth are designed to eat meat, while I would argue medical proved we have fruit eating teeth and fruit eating stomach and intestines from a huge smithsonian institute study when they lined up all the skulls, teeth, stomach /intestines of all mammal species long before any of us were ever born and they claimed we are 100% fruit eaters.....the meat eaters have teeth designed to RIP MEAT, while no mammal on earth "CHEWS" up meat, they rip and swallow and the birds of prey just rip and swallow whole...but the meat eating teeth theory would make all humns feel good, so no damage done and I do 100% believe the vegetarians just eat worm eggs and vegetables are not a human food, kids must be forced to adapt to eating cooked and sweetened vegetables before they take it up as a "habit"....so actually, I have no real complaints with your book, unless the reader does not realize Clark, Hoxie/Christopher are dead and only shulse is alive as far as I know of, so at the end of your book, these past healers books are helping people....and this is why people should write their books and pass on what they have learned to believe to be GOOD!
Your book keeps it simple, WEED & FEED, naturally we herbalist are trained to make a herbal formula for every conceivable symptom, so not unusual to see an old herbalist make over 100 herbal formulas......I personally believe herbs that dissolve rock and herbs that kill the 20,000+ known parasites are the herbs that help us most....you will read my latest version of that in the May amish newsletter that I also printed your letter to the amish.

This is a reply to # 1,798,783I've tried Barefoot's new dry herb dewormer formula. I've cleaned out my liver, cleaned out my colon, gotten rid of most of the bugs and things weren't really functioning the best yet as it takes a while to rebuild. The body may still contain a lot of poisons even if you use the systemic digestive enzymes for a length of time. I used them for a while and now have gone back to doing some that may help to get some of the poisons of a protein nature in the rest of the body.
My experience with this new formula AFTER cleaning the liver and colon out is that it will pull poisons out of the digestive tract and other parts of the body I didnt know I still had. Probably in the organs, too. I have no reason to still have diarrhea when I take it other than it's still pulling poisons out of the colon and probably the rest of the body. My diet is good. When we come on here in the "terminal" stage of things, it takes a lot of work and a lot of time to get the poisons gone, even if we do the CE's along with the program. I did them all thru this program. It wasn't enough. The liver and colon cleaning out programs were not enough. The folowing eplains what I mean.
Whether some want to agree with me or not, is that the poisonous stuff from a liver flush should NEVER be allowed to go down thru the digestive tract without something strong to pick up as much as possible like the charcoal before and after a liver flush. The poisons are just too toxic and re-circulate again throughout the body via the digestive system into the blood. What they can cause for problems down the line at the end of this program has not been proven. I do believe it can cause problems in that they re-intoxicate the body with some very, very toxic stuff. If I wasn't completely convinced of this, I would never post it. I don't think the liver or other organs respond as well to the cleaning out processes, if the stuff is allowed to re-circulate especially in the case of the terminal ones who have taken drugs that have about destroyed their bodies.
After a liver flush, I never felt like eating much. Doc used popcorn to pick up the poisons after a liver flush. A TBSP of charcoal in a glass of water afterwards was much easier and more effective for me. I recommend some 3 hours before a flush, too. All this is your choice.
I also think more mention should be made of the importance of making the skin eliminate a lot of the toxins when in the tissue cleaning phase of this program at the last of it. Therefore saunas or salt baths are of great value in recovery. Chiropractic helped me a lot. Massage therapy would have helped me a lot and perhaps meridian therapy--IF I had done it. It was more of a problem of "afford" for me.
Since I've been doing the new dewormer formula Barefoot talks about, I am seeing normal bile excretion steadily from the liver for the first time. Meaning the liver was still toxic and probably the rest of the organs. I don'thave a gall bladder. I've done this formula for only about a week and can see the diference it's making.
I've learned a lot in 3.5 years of going thru this program. Hope my experiences cn benefit some other people.

This is a reply to # 1,799,197The old amish fellow 72 years old that I call the AMISH HEALER, has treated literally thousands of chronically sick amish people that are basically cut up, broken up or dieing of diseases and I know he uses alot of charcoal; because they usually went medical prior to coming to him, so he has to get the DOPE out of their liver.
His biggest herb of choice is burdock, the one he likes as a blood cleanser.
I personally believe every program I have ever read of in a book falls short whn it comes to jump starting the ill liver. I tried the Dr. Christopher herbs, Dr. Clark methods, Dr. Hay methods back when my body was a mess from woring with lead....my legs had been raw for close to 10 years as the lead expelled out the legs/feet and that got meto looking into herbs/diet/etc......and when I got into doing the clark flushes, my symptoms cleared 90% and that was it, as long as I used herbs, did liver flushes and experimented with "fasting" and diet change, my legs improved, but the lead/chemical created disease was never cured.....my liver could not recover.............
That lead me to Dr. Messee in Yellow Springs, he is the same age as Dr. John R. Christopher, only he is still alive, while Dr. John died a very long time ago. They use to do siminars together and Dr. Messee spent his adult life as the top spokesperson for natures sunshine, a company that shared the same piece of ground as the dr.christopher herb company and I believe the 2 companies were related. Dr. Messee looked in your eyes, same as Dr. Christopher did, both used the same herbal formulas, etc....when Dr. Messee looked into my eyes, he didn't see any problems, the herbs and liver flushes had my eyes looking completely normal..............so I rolled up my pants legs and showed him 10 years of scars and basically no skin left on the fronts of my legs and he sai OH MY...
He then started doing his muscle testing, which the Christopher are 100% against.....and naturally, Dr. Messee pulled out herbs that he knew to be blood cleansers and 4 herbs made my arm so strong that Dr. Messee could suspend his body into the air, I literally could hold him up with 1 arm and he said I was the first person ever to need this combination of herbs.
The combination was liquid and he said to take 1 tablespoon morning ands night until cured. He also mentioned this would be a powerful liver tonic..
The herbs were:
Virginia Snake wort.
CatsClaw bark.
Golden seal rt.
Echinacea Rt.
Within the first bottle, all itching stopped and my legs started to heal. By the end of 4 bottles, my legs healed and my skin has never broke out ever again!!!!!!!!!!
Up until this time, I was a self tought expert with the liver flush, looked at liver flushed for people for 3 years, identified worms, watched people cure them selves of cancers, etc......and nothing I had read of or ever done, cured my skin like these 4 herbs did, because I had never done such a liver tonic to JUMP START the liver, because when the liver is hurting, the herbs and everything else is NEVER GOING TO WORK correctly....a sic liver leads to death.
Back then, virgina snake rt. was $75 a pound and it seems I purchased the last pound in America, it was an outdated old medical herb and to this very day, it is obsolete. It was 10x higher priced than normal herbs back then......and today, if you ever could obtain a pound ofthe roots, i know they would cost you well over $2,000.00, because they do not exist in the herbal market. The roots are tiny and the herb is small and lives in the dark woods where taller herbs cover it, so it is nearly impossible to find.
I have spent years collecting the live plants, because there are no available dry roots sold anymore. I raise my own echinacea and our woods is loaded with goldeseal and naturally the catsclaw comes out of south america.
Locally the Dandelion rt is the old fashioned liver tonic and many use thistle seed as a liver herb when poisoned. Otherwise there is very little in health books about the liver.....
Dr. Christopher made the Liver Gallbladder formula for folks on the dope, to be used before his favorite liver herb, COMFREY could be used. Comfrey is the best calcium herb on the planet, but also used for liver.
So my suggestion to all that fail to cure them selves, go back to the basics and attempt to save your LIVER, once you have your liver back, then the herbs, diets, methods will all work better, if not book perfect as explained by the authors that wrote the books.
I never gave the formula a real name, since it cured my 10 years of tormenting itch/blood legs, I simple call the formula Liver / skin itch.
Anytime someone has their poisons oozing out their skin, I suggest it is because the liver has failed and suggest a liver tonic of their choice.
Dandelions are popping up now, which means they are FREE to those willing to dig them up or just eat the flowers, etc. The amish say "IF" you dig the dandelion and just beat the dirt off the roots and DO NOT WASH THE DIRT OFF and use those roots to make your dandelion tea, that that tea cures cancer.....how could it cure cancer? Well, since cancer always starts in the liver...he who cures the liver, cures cancer.
does medical want to cure your liver? If so, then why does every drug known HARM THE LIVER! He who harms the liver, promotes medical colleges in my opinion.

3 hours before and right after swallowing the oil-citrus juice combo?
