I had some scars from acne. I do light exfoliating everyday. It has really helped me a lot. The red and dark brown spots are gone now. My face is smoother and clearer now. Exfoliating is one of the best things for Acne along with a good diet.

I use aloe vera gel for the hyperpigmentation. Consistency is key so it took me a while before the spots are gone. You can also use Vitamin C serum.
