Hi everyone,
I am not the person who posted earlier about a cyst on the jaw. Mine was not nearly as bad as his. It did not hurt at all, but it has been there for 10 years and was very visible as a lump on the side of my face.
I had tried rubbing
Iodine on it in the past and I am also a user of
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I found that both of those would change the nature of the cyst: it would get smaller and closer to the surface of the skin, but it would never go away. When I would stop the
Iodine or
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , the cyst would go back to its normal size.
I twice made an appointment with a dermatologist to get it removed, but both times had to cancel because the recovery would have come at a bad time. So I finally decided to really get serious about getting rid of this thing. I was using a drop of unactivated
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in a neti pot twice daily for an unrelated matter, and I found that once again that seemed to make the cyst smaller and closer to the surface of the skin. I started also rubbing
Iodine on it several times per day. The cyst got even smaller, but it did not go away. It would ooze foul-smelling liquid sometimes, but after about three weeks that grew less. I found that it got so close to the surface of the skin that I could pinch my fingers right in behind it. So one night I squeezed it fairly hard from the back to see if I could get more of the foul liquid out. To my surprise, it popped out a bunch of white sebum. Really a lot of sebum in a thin stream, coming out of a pore that has always been in the center of the cyst. Streamers of the stuff all over my hand. And the cyst collapsed flat.
I know, I have heard it: you should not pop a cyst. But I can't believe it will go away if you don't get that sebum out. I continued applying iodine and neti potting with MMS for another two months. Over that time, the cyst would build up sebum gradually and I would ruthlessly squeeze it out once every day or two. It has been getting smaller and smaller in that time, and now I think I can safely say that it is gone entirely.
It is my opinion that the MMS prevented infection of the surrounding tissue and the iodine softened up the sebum so that it could stream out of the pore. I say this because I have read elsewhere that you apply iodine to soften the sebum inside the cyst.
