I am preping to do my 6th flush and I have been doing colosan (2 times) and a few coffee enemas through the course of a week. I feel my bowels are ready but should I clean my kidneys first or do the flush then clean them and my bowels again? My right kidney always aches when I need to do another flush and I am at that point. I flush once a month because I cant do the espsom salt more than that. It racks my right kidney with pain. Otherwise I never have any kidney pain.

Also, can anyone recommend an economical kidney cleanse that isnt Celery seed based? I tried that and it dried me out..even though I followed instructions carefully. :)
