Thanks for telling me the weight side of things. I dropped from about 260 to 217 lowest after 40 days but it was 31 water,3 juice, 2 water 4 juice total 40. Bounced back to 227 highest on re feed after few weeks and got that down to 222 at start of this fast. Hoping to hit 190 this fast not going 40 days maybe 20 then bounce back up some again of course then fight it down to near 190 again and then fast again and get it closer to your current weight.
Fasting for weight loss and permanent weight loss is one of my main goals. And of course cure some of the problems and dangers from being so overweight.
My main health problem is chronic fatigue. It seemed better on the fast and then seemed to come back after, not exactly sure when it came back but maybe that points to
food allergies ,gluten,candida ,something like that but not sure. I guess need to try some elmination diet things.
I will see how things are as I get lighter and maybe that is still main reason for the fatigue. While am down 50
pounds still carrying another 50 too much or so.
Anyway its great to read your posts and defintely trying the not drinking much water this time around. And think going to check my blood pressure maybe next day or so ,had one episode today when bent down and then stood up quick and had some fainting feeling but otherwise been ok.
and that was worse thing about last fast. If can avoid that may go longer if not this time next time.
It would be great to hit goal weight and not have to keep doing fast after fast to get there.
Then sure could hold it with intermittent fasting style of eating or maybe have to do 7 day once a year or ever so often. 7 days is so easy. 30 plus is pretty hard and boring.
