Insight
I was outside for about 5 minutes, and it's nice and sunny. About 96 degrees right now.
I've noticed increased sensitivity to heat lately, so with that, combined with not feeling well enough to get outside, I haven't been going outside much.
The impaired sweating function explains the heat sensitivity.
I came back in completely dry. Not too good.
Aldosterone and thyroid problems, maybe? Hopefully it isn't liver worsening.
Gotta start increasing the pantethine dosage and start the B-Right soon.
The summer here gets pretty hot. 120-125+ degrees
Fahrenheit from June to September. Too bad I can't give my AC vitamins and herbs to support it. Maybe a castor oil pack will help it.
