Long fasts are great if you can handle them.
I had to stop at 31 last time and switch to juice for next 9 as just was too dizzy and felt like was going to pass out when walking around not just getting up fast. That was scary.
This time drinking only when thirsty so hopefully don't flush out all the sodium from my system and monitoring my blood pressure as well. If it gets too low then switch to juice with sodium in it or take salt pills.
It isn't fun passing out and maybe hitting head on cement.
I now someone that tripped on steps and hit head on cement and died at 20 years of age.
Be careful if you start feeling really faint when out and about.
It is bit of paint stopping fast ,refeeding and then fasting again and it would be nice to just go for 50 /60 whatever but sometimes doing a few is best rather than just one long one. But whatever works for you of course.Its your body,your fast.
