Honestly, a little personal info about each other, can help us relate to one another a lot. I want to share a lot of my experience to you guys that's why I get so personal in my threads. I've said everything on here that has caused me to water fast. I won't judge you or anything and I don't think anyone here will either. There's a reason why everyone came to curezone and has stayed since. Look at C, I found something in common with her and now I feel like she's my mom here.

I respect you WY and wouldn't mind to know even a little background.

I am mostly fasting for health reasons. Chronic fatigue is my one big one and had some relief on fast but seems to have come back post fast. Could be food allergies not sure.Had lots of medical tests but nothing was red flagged. Not diabetic,etc.

Losing weight is high on my list was 260 at start of last fast and have been able to stay around 222 or so for weeks now like 7 weeks since last fast so figure time to do aother fast to get down more.
Goal is likely under 180 for sure maybe 160 or so.I am 5ft 6 inches tall.

Not religious in traditional sense. Am maybe more new age type religious, believe more in things like reincarnation,other planes of existence,etc

Have noticed some nice side effects when fasting ,seem to have great clearness of mind a lot of the time and my emotions seem more balanced.I seem more mellow ,things of the world don't bother me as much. More centered, whatever you want to call it.

Aside from low energy sometimes especially first while on the Water Fast and some dizzyness/fainting feelings that happened last fast generally enjoy the fasting experience and it has opened me up to eating better post fast,and even eating some foods that didn't eat before many of which are good for me. While so far have not changed my post fast eating lifestyle to raw or vegan or anything like that might try them short term for awhile and see how that goes. Long term pretty much sure will stay omnivore.

For personal info. Am 53 years old, male, second marriage,seven kids from the marriages and same number of grandkids. Am pretty much retired. Take care of 94 year old father who is in care home and manage some properties and have farm which brother manages.Don't live on it.
For hobbies like fast cars and race them 1/4 mile,like guns but not hunting just target shooting,fishing,camping in my rv, model railroading have o scale lionels,like metal detecting have good one of those,photgraphy,was pro photographer years back.
Have degrees in business administration and pyschology.
Was realtor for 10 years for Century 21. Had own audio video businesses for 10 year and auto speed shop.

I'm 37
my main reason is to cure a damaged (crushed) nerve in my hip/bum - sciatic nerve.
Lying on a tennis ball under my bum and fasting are the only things that have helped it. Dry fasting is working like a miracle on it now.
Damaged my liver and general health by drinking too much alcohol for too many years and had some nasty all day binges where I lost control and did serious damage.
My health is so much better now.

Hight blood pressure 168/125 ...1st fast took care of it . Then I got hooked on water . Taking care of everything else since,lol
