I was so hungry today I could have taken a bite out of someone. LOL.

My digestive system is very active to say the least. I've been very gassy.

I will be starting with carrot juice.

  Way to go!! It will be difficult not to overeat now that you've ended. The refeeding Diet is more important than the Fast itself.
  Any Fool can Fast. But not many can eat properly afterwards.
