In the Nerve Sedative one of the herbs is Valerian (one of the best calmers/sleep inducers there is). But a very small percentage of people have the opposite reaction to Valerian. So this is a good one to test when you're not actually 'needing' to sleep (for example, when you're feeling 'nap-ish' in the middle of the afternoon and it's not going to 'wreck your day' if you end up not taking a nap).
