Herbs for muscle spasm

I'm not sure what I did... I took a hot shower and drank some chamomile while I was in there and got out and am having a severe muscle spasm in my back and neck. I can barely move. Any suggestions?

This is a reply to # 1,788,020I think the best antispasmodic is wintergreen. Arnica or anything in the willow/aspen family will help with pain.
