I have been making my own water kefir for about three weeks now and drinking about a litre a day.I feel great with it except for my eyes.By the end of the day my eyes are dog tired and feel very heavy.I do have a lot of energy with the kefir but sleeping is not too great and I have stopped drinking the kefir too late.Any relationship between lack of sleep and kefir or just co-incidence?
I should be asking this in the kefir forum but judging from the response to the last question I asked there it does not seem to be very active.
I cannot think of any reason this would occur, so it is probably just a coincidence.
On the kefir topic...does water kefir have the same benefits as the milk kefir?I can't seem to find a lot of info on that.
For the most part. But from what I recall the milk kefir contains more cultures than the water kefir making the milk kefir a little stronger.
