I HAD TERRIBLE UPPER BACK PAIN IN THE PAST. It completely disappeared once I started flushing.
Lately I have flushed every three months on average as my gb now works well.
However, every time I start having upper back pain, I understand my gb is congested and needs cleasing.
I know that many flushers do not have upper back pain, but for the ones who do, this seems to be a good allied to our treatment as we should know that the pain means time to flush.
About two weeks ago I started having some back pain and as I had to travel and then we had Easter, I decided to put off my flush, but I know that I must do it soon, and this means avoid having a gb attack. BTW I am having my 26#
Liver Flush this coming weekend.
In short, having the upper back pain is for me the first symptom that my gb is begging for a good old flush.
Good luck to everyone.
