I think you can use mebendazole for them, which I get hold of within only a couple of days under the brand name "Pripsen" from the internet. It's effective against all roundworms, but it might just be those in the digestive tract.

Albendazole and ivermectin are also good choices (and are probably more powerful and systemic), but I believe a tad harder to get hold of (just a tad), more expensive and have more sides.

Mebendazole would be a nice start I think, if you want to give the roundworms in your gut something to worry about!
