I have been struggling so very much lately to start my fast.I know it will change my life. I owe it to myself to be happy and healthy. I am on a pre-fast diet for the past few days, fruits and soymilk, and I am starting a
Water Fast on the 17th of March.I am doing the
Water Fast because:
1. I need to feel better about myself and my power of discipline
2. I need to break my addiction to caffeine and chocolate:)
3. I need to heal my constant stomach aches. We have a history of ulcer in my family and I am sick of the antacids and the heartburn that kills!!!
4. I need to heal my hemorrhoid, a precious pregnancy present that goes along nicely with my constipation lol
5..............and most importantly, I NEED to lose at least 35
pounds and restart my system with refeeding on good, nutritious food.
I am thinking on doing 35 days, I read your body needs roughly 1 day of detoxing for every year and I am 33...so I guess 35 days should be ok!
