I don't know what happened with the tsunami warning for California, but too many boats seemed still tied to dock instead of out to sea filled with families.

A tsunami travels along the ocean bottom until it hits the continental shelf and gets raised to the surface as a dangerous wave (there was NINE HOURS for a warning).

The average modern Japanese person would simply like to live in peace with their flower gardens, especially since they've had to live with an abundance of political corruption, but the Japanese powers that be are accustomed to clan style rulership, war crimes, and inhumane treatment of their own people. It's not just the war crimes and genocide of their own people, it's also that ancient customs equate 'royalty' and 'divine' (Japanese people had to suffer for their 'Emperor god')....so don't think for a moment that the Japanese 'powers that be' would not jump at the chance to collaborate with the Rothchild bankers, or the Zionists, or the American NWO.

The media is showing the opposite of what I expected to see about a highly technological, highly productive society filled with electronic geniuses. They don't even have a FUEL CELL of 500 killowatts to aid in the rescue effort.

Weren't the nuclear power stations being used for peaceful purposes?....so why am I reading about "J POWER" and "HVDC"?.

The earthquake activity near Honshu, Japan (the island) started around the 6th of March and quickly became intense and constant. So why did their government not shore up the coastline or nuclear reactors? (maybe HAARP did have more to do with the location and intensity of the quake than I previously thought).

It would seem that nature played the largest part in causing the quake and that HAARP had become an obsolete weapon from the 1970's (since this quake and the NZ quake could be calculated and predicted), but maybe HAARP was used to set the proximity/orbits of the planets, the pole shifting, the strength of solar flares, tidal frequency and pull, etc. (what criteria/stats/measurements were used for calculating the predictions?).

Japan's Prime Minister claims to be "incredibly knowledgeable about nuclear power", and he speaks about TEPCO (electric company) as being similar to BP.
