I really feel like my body needs some time off from food, and I need some time to clear my mind and body. I want to go 10 days but to me that seems so long, if I say i'm going to go 10 days and fail I will be really upset so i'm going to try to take it day by day. As of right now we really only have fish, vegetables & brown rice in the house anyway so if I did "fall off the wagon" it's not like i'd be having anything processed or calorie laden and those foods don't really tempt me to break my fast. We're supposed to go grocery shopping Wed evening and I think that will be the hardest day for me, but I will not buy anything processed or refined. I'll be posting daily to keep myself accountable and for support. Its always hard the first few days for me
