hubbys Knee ?

the long 13 hr days on a forklift has taken its toll on hubbys left knee . put in 84 hrs last week
it is now swollen and painful to walk on and hurting him pretty bad
I was thinking castor oil pack on it tonight
hot cold packs?
anymore suggestions ?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,781,333BF&C fomentation on it and cover with heating pad. Best if done daily for a while. Also Uny's BF&C oil massaged in and then a layer of her Deep Tissue/Muscle/Joint Repair Oil over that and worked in. It does wonders. Also Calcium tincture for needed minerals to rebuild.

right now I got him doing hot and cold packs and since he is getting ready to go to bed already I gave him an option for a castor oil pack or the muscle/tissue/joint repair oil and he said the oil
he is just exhausted tonight so maybe I can get him to let me put the BF&C oil on him tomorrow evening
