Adrenal fatigue;I've been this way for over a year now and I've finally given in,I really thought I could fix the issue myself, but obviously I was being dumb about it.I bought B5(Pantothenic Acid) and vit c for the energy, and I'm not sure it's helping, so I thought maybe I got the wrong kind.
I've been reading Dr.Jacob Teitelbaum's book, his recommendation for Mitochondrial Energy is:
Acetyl l-carnitine,Coenzyme Q10,And D-ribose.
I would love to try the acetyl l-carnitine for energy...if it will make me more energetic,I thought about adding alpha lipoic acid too, because that seems like the thing people are doing, but I read some alarming things on alpha lipoic acid/acetyl l-carnitine having negative effects.
What do you think?
Also, NAC is important for our bodies to stay well. I understand that you can't top up your glutathione levels by taking glutathione, your body has to make it from cysteine, it's like a building block and NAC is a more stable form of cysteine. I had known that NAC was strongly anti-viral and a chelator of heavy metals and toxins.
