Desperate to know what this rash is....

ok, i've posted about this before but i still need to find more answers. have been googling to little effect. maybe you can help.
i get this persistent red rash on my lips (never genitals).
i can feel heat in the lip area when it's present.
there are no blisters.
when i use clotrimazole anti fungal cream on it, it will heal it up in about an hour and the results will last for a few days but the rash will always come back.
when the rash does go away, about a day later my lips are peeling somewhat.
rash seems to really act up in severe weather. for the longest time, i thought; sunburn. however, in the sun-less winter, it can be just as chronically bad.
docs just shrug and give me creams that don't work. right now, i'm trying acyclovir just for the process of elimination.
do you think this is herpes, chelitis, candida or chronic fungal infection of the lips? if it were candida then wouldn't i be getting something similar in the genital area? if it were herpes then why don't i ever get fluid filled blisters, and why does it respond to anti fungal cream? if it were chelitis or simple peeling then why is there heat and inflammation?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,767,819It's likely caused by candida. Keep in mind that candida symptoms vary tremendously and no 2 people will have exactly the same ones. If you try a candida treatment, then the rash would likely go away.
It's also possible that candida is caused by heavy metal problems. This is especially true if you have (or have had) silver fillings, which leak mercury into a person. Even if you replaced them, the mercury will remain until it's cleaned out. There are other heavy metals (lead, for example) and other sources of them. It's possible that this is a widespread, but mostly unacknowledged problem.
I would suggest you find out more about both candida and heavy metals and make your own judgements.

This is a reply to # 1,768,193I've had rashes before and creams from the doctor never helped me.
A rash is your body trying to get rid of poisons.
Bottom line is, you need to cleanse your body. There is a wealth of info on Curezone in how to do this.

This is a reply to # 1,768,193hi, I did not know that candida affects the dry areas of the body. i knew candida could affect moist areas like genitals, mouth and tongue, etc., but the lips, i never thought. i don't have any mercury fillings in my mouth. pretty good teeth. so you don't think it's herpes? it kind of reminds me of a virus like herpes except i never get those encrusted over blisters.

This is a reply to # 1,768,432I admit I don't know much about herpes. A visit to a doctor would tell you that. If the doctor has no idea what's wrong with you, then you should consider yeast as a possibility. It's the rare doctor who would consider yeast as a cause.
I can tell you that yeast can cause rashes in many different places on the body. I used to get eczema on my legs, back and arms. They went away soon after I started an anti-yeast diet.
I'm not sure if a rash with blisters is a frequent symptom of yeast, but maybe there're other people out there who have had it.

This is a reply to # 1,767,819Despite the detoxification process and the cleansing effects of enemas, are there any drawbacks such as mineral loss, nutrient loss, digestive enzyme displacement, dehydration, muscle pain etc? My mother is concerned with taking enemas daily and if it would harm her body. She has been taking them for two years once every day to 3 times is ussual, she has said her legs are in muscular pain. She has candida and has recovered from cancer through gerson master cleanse
