Since be doing my own refeed starting friday great to compare to yours since we did pretty much same thing. I did water to 31 then juice for three then water for weekend now juice for last four.
Wife quit her juice only fast today on day 28 with two salads ,one lunch time not sure what exactly it was but it had strawberries,oranges,spinach think raspberry vinnegrett and she had small caesar salad tonite. Not sure if she is going to keep refeeding tommorrow or go to juice again for couple days then refeed with me.
Did you see my taste bud question. Do you find your taste buds are gone weird now and are they coming back on day 5 refeed?
I was thinking maybe have to brush tongue or something never did that during fast just lived with the white stuff and taste. Sometimes used mouthwash. My tongue is not too bad but can't go until its totally clear I might have to go months for that.
I am not sure if will do my refeed as slow as you guess see how things go.
I am doing my aerobics 5x week and planning to start weights next week 3x week. Hoping this also helps me keep the weight off.

I was thinking fruit for day or so ,already on juice so no need to dilute. Then salad in there and then likely next day soup, then day or so later have some fairly lite stuff want to try out, chicken quesadillas,possibly some rice vermicelli dish, I can take a lot of spice normally eat a lot of very hot food no problem. Favorites are mexican and schezchan.
I have even drank some clamato on the juice fast pretty highly spiced no problem at all.
Also would think maybe some nuts would be good on refeed. they have the good fats and some protein would think they would be good idea. Course they are high calorie so can't start eating too much of them.
So any trouble with your stomach at all?
