Anytime you come off of a fast it is almost harder mentally to stay focused because it is typical to want to gorge and binge.
The first day, just start with high pulp orange juice. If you have a Fresh and Easy store by you, they sell a non pasteurized pj that is pure oranges, no science, just perfect.
Always be sure that your water intake is high. The next day, have watermelon. This is s great fruit to start with because it is a higher water content than other fruits but it is bulky so you feel full. Eat as much as you want. I can go through an entire mini melon in one day.
If your stomach and elimination system is tolerating what you are eating, the third day go for strawberries and apples. There is also a fabulous Fresh Pressed apple juice made by the " Simply" company. The malic acid in apples and pure juice has awesome benefits. Have a few glasses a day.
By the 4th day, have a plain white fish, fresh is best. Either poach it or broil it plain with no fats, but season to taste. Use lemon, it has great cleansing properties.
