Some of us are convinced that the Federal Government holds the KEY to dissolving the chains of slavery. So we sent to various offices the EDP first step for the Birth Certificate. What you are about to read is unheard of, and I in 15 years have never received any letters especially this fast. The letters were sent on Jan 12, 2011, marked received by D.O.C. on the 18th of January, a letter is in the mail back to us on Jan 20, 2011 telling us that the matter has been turned over to the State Department. WOW. Now lets see what the Dept of State does with it.
