Can I wait until later to add things like Chaparral tincture for my liver / Hep C? I'm thinking the main program right now is most important, and that liver / Hep C herbs can be used later on, after I'm decongested, etc.

For Probiotics I think I'll make some fresh kraut. I used to make it often but had a couple of batches spoil on me so I haven't made any in quite a while. I think now would be a great time to get back into that because raw milk is not easily available unless I want to go to Knoxville to get it [100 miles one way].
I also have been making fermented beets, turnips, and onions, all raw, with nothing but water and salt added, sits at room temp for at least a few days, then it tastes kind of like kraut. anything's better than store bought probiotics, right? I'm getting it.
