Fruit & veggies & juices from them should be the heart of any vegan way of eating. Sounds to me like you didn't eat them, or not enough of them.
Soy is a big no-no in my book. I believe a large number of the population can do vegan right and thrive.
I, BTW, am blood type O+ non secretor [the protein type].
Superfood NEEDS to be taken on vegan diet.
