That's a complicated question to answer Dr Lam style without a consult (or many consults), but i recently explained how to safely go about introducing new supps in this post:

It's similar to what Dr Lam would say, albeit not exact because it's a general description for someone who isn't having consults. Since you have three types of C's it makes it more complex to explain via a Curezone post but, in general, you want to start with the least powerful C and build up to the more powerful c. So C support, then Quantum, the liponano. Start with small doses of each and gradually build up. Dorinne had me up to 7,000 mg of C, but I don't suggest that for people, because I believe that it made me worse. Since you aren't working with them, it's probably safer to not go that high.
Try introducing each supp the way that I explained in the link-- one at a time, little at a time. With quatum, introduce 1/4 of a scoop each time you increase. With liponano, introduce a quarter of a spoonfull each time you increase. They say that if you get nauseous or have diarhea to stop the c's for 48hrs and drink lots of water with lemon. Then, to be safe, you have to start building up your c's from scratch again.
Never stop the c's and then expect to go back to your old dose. I once ran out of liponano for about 3 days and then got some and tried to go back to the dose that I was taking and it made me very sick-- puking--- nauseous. You have to start over if you stop.
Pay attention to what dose made you sick and don't go that high the next time. It would be much safer to hold a dose that isn't making you sick, than to keep pushing higher doses, especially on your own.
Okay, I hope that makes some sense.
Also, I'm not you and you may tollerate less or more than me, but just to give you an idea, they had me at
c support: 2,2,1
quantum: 2,2
lipo nano: 1 3/4, 1 3/4
at the most. The first number is the morning dose, second is noon dose, third is around 3pm dose. You may be able to build up to that easily or you may be sensitive to much smaller doses. Only you will know this. Most importantly listen to your body. Keep a journal of how you feel and what the dosages are for each day.
Good luck.
