would it be ok to have beef an veggie soup, but just the soup, leaving out the solis, on the first 4 days?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,749,922Canned soups have a lot of sodium which will cause you to put on a lot of water weight after fasting. Check out some low sodium broths/soups at a health food store.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,750,149Thanks Fizz! This would be a restaurant soup though, (hate canned food). But I wasn´t aware of how important it was, I will make sure I have maybe 1 or 2 and the rest are natural juices.
