I don't believe so. Though to be fair, I don't really see any lack of safety in giving it a try. The worst I could see happening is you staying at home 'cause it makes you sick--If even that.
The purpose of Superfood is to provide nutrition. Tincturing Superfood would not enhance its value and very probably decrease its value because you are losing valuable fiber and other nutrients in the tincturing process. Cervasie Yeast for example cannot effectivly be tinctured and would lose its B12 and other vitamins. In my opinion tincturing Superfood would be pointless.
