If you had a fraudulent experience with someone that has caused you emotional or financial damage, you have options.  Option #1:  do nothing and retain the damage;  Option #2:  report the damage to the authorities;  Option #3:  engage in individual counseling, identify the damages, and then report the fraud to authorities.

Unfortunately, some human beings are absolutely vicious and will use any means to abuse other human beings and take whatever they can get from them.  Please, do something positive to help yourself, help others to not be victimized by this person, and report your experiences to the proper authorities.
